STATIONARY GAS PURIFICATION UNITS
Onsite H₂S Scrubbers
200 LITRE TO 1,000 LITRE — 100% STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Rheton Welding Services also manufactures compact onsite H₂S scrubbers designed for permanent installations at tank farms, wellhead battery sites, and any location requiring continuous vent gas treatment.
These non-mechanical units are simple and easy to operate, with no moving parts and minimal maintenance requirements. Available in 200 litre to 1,000 litre scrubbing capacity, all units are constructed entirely of 100% stainless steel for maximum durability and low corrosion in demanding field environments. Designed for low-pressure venting applications, they run at high efficiency when used with the proper H₂S scavenger fluid — delivering reliable, consistent gas treatment with minimal oversight. Units can also be trailer mounted for easy transport between multiple locations, allowing fast tie-in and venting at tank farms, battery sites, or temporary installations wherever H₂S treatment is needed. Every unit is field tested and quality controlled before leaving our manufacturing facility.
Internal baffling and bubble process design is proprietary to Rheton Welding Services.

TANK TRUCK & TRANSPORT APPLICATIONS
B620 Sour Service Scrubbers
COMPACT SCRUBBERS FOR TANKS HAULING SOUR SERVICE
Rheton Welding Services manufactures compact scrubbers specifically designed for tanks hauling sour service under CSA B620 requirements. These units mount directly to the transport tank and treat H₂S vent gas during loading, transport, and offloading operations — keeping drivers and bystanders safe from hydrogen sulphide exposure.
Built from stainless steel and sized for the demands of highway transport, our B620 sour service scrubbers are field tested and quality controlled before leaving our facility. If your fleet is hauling sour crude, produced water, or any H₂S-bearing product, contact us to discuss the right scrubber configuration for your tanks.
MOBILE GAS PURIFICATION SYSTEMS
H2S-Carbon Scrubbers
H₂S SCRUBBER & CARBON SCRUBBER MANUFACTURING FOR WESTERN CANADA
Custom Tri-Axle Mobile Gas Purification System featuring H₂S Scavenger Scrubber, Desiccant Bead Drying Section, Activated Carbon Scrubber, Pressure Monitoring, Vent Stack and DOT-Compliant Trailer Platform.
Rheton Welding Services LTD manufactures custom mobile gas purification systems designed for oil & gas, biogas, landfill gas, tank venting, and industrial field applications throughout Western Canada. Our systems combine an H₂S Scavenger Scrubber with an internal mechanical shower system, desiccant bead moisture control, and an Activated Carbon Scrubber with internal baffling to reduce hydrogen sulfide, VOCs, odours, and flammable gas concentrations. Every unit is field tested and quality controlled before leaving our manufacturing facility.

How The System Works
Stage 1 – H₂S Removal
Incoming gas enters the H₂S Scavenger Scrubber where a mechanical shower system distributes liquid scavenger media throughout the gas stream, chemically removing hydrogen sulfide.
Stage 2 – Moisture Control
Gas passes through a desiccant bead section to remove moisture and improve treatment efficiency.
Stage 3 – Carbon Scrubbing
Gas enters the internally baffled activated carbon scrubber where VOCs, odours, residual H₂S, and hydrocarbon vapours are captured.
Stage 4 – Clean Gas Discharge
Purified gas exits through the vertical vent stack for safe atmospheric release.
